Veteran UK is the country's largest careers fair dedicated to service leavers and veterans. With over 15 years' experience connecting veterans, employers and support groups, we offer a unique opportunity for service leavers transitioning to the civilian workforce to find jobs that match their unique and valuable skillsets.
Our Mission
Making the move back into civilian life after leaving the armed forces can be difficult.
Many veterans are unsure of the next steps to take or how to translate the skills they've developed in the military to civilian employers.
We aim to make that transition as easy as possible. By connecting service leavers and veterans with employers and recruiters who understand the nuances of military life, our expos help individuals take the next step in their career with confidence. Veteran UK careers fairs enable ex-armed forces members to make the most of their unique skills and experience and find roles to set them up for the long term.

QEII Centre, London
Our largest and oldest EXPO, this event offers candidates and employers alike a unique chance to connect in the heart of the capital. With a large range of employers and a significant base of highly-qualified candidates, you can find your next role or employee here.
Manchester Central
The north of England offers increasing demand for skilled ex-military personnel, with many companies and public sector agencies relocating due to the government's levelling up programmes.
Our Exhibitors
Veteran UK events are attended by a wide variety of exhibitors, including major employers and veteran support groups. Most of the exhibitors at the EXPO are part of the armed forces covenant and use the events to network with service leavers. If you look to recruit from the armed forces the Veteran UK EXPO will provide you the opportunity to network with 100s of service leavers in a secure environment.
Employers
Our stands host some of the country's largest employers of veterans from key sectors including policing, private security, manufacturing, transport and logistics, and energy. These are all areas where the unique blend of skills military veterans possess can be highly valuable.
Veteran support groups
In addition to employers, Veteran UK events work closely with a range of charities and support services aimed specifically at service leavers. Our exhibitors include the Royal British Legion, the Forces Employment Charity and SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity. These organisations not only offer careers advice and support, but assistance with many other aspects of returning to civilian life, from managing pensions to finding housing and identifying what benefits veterans may be eligible for.
