Registration:
All visitors must register in advance and show the e-ticket and photo ID on arrival. Registration closes at 8:00pm the night before the event. There are no onsite registrations.
What to expect:
After collecting your visitor badge, you’ll receive a printed event guide with the floorplan and exhibitor listings.
A series of talks will take place throughout the day—just take a seat and listen in.

Your badge gives you access to three co-located events, all in one space. Visit all exhibitor areas during your visit.

Train

Ashton Gate Stadium has excellent connections with both local and national rail services.

Bristol Temple Meads: The mainline station is just a 40-minute walk from the stadium and provides direct train services to many parts of the UK, including Wales and Scotland.

Parson Street: Trains run from Temple Meads to this station which is a 15-minute walk to the stadium and serves much of Somerset, South Wales and Bristol. Keep in mind, Parson Street does not have step-free access, so plan accordingly.

A taxi rank is available on the station forecourt, located just outside the main doors. If you require an accessible taxi, please ask a member of staff for assistance.

Driving and Parking

Ashton Gate Stadium is has very limited parking and is reserved for Exhibitors.

We have reserved a dedicated car park at Clanage Road, where you can park and use the Complimentary EXPO mini bus service. Please see the "Mini Bus" tab for further details. Alternatively the venue is just a 7 minute walk from Clanage Road Car park.

Please contact us if you are a Blue Badge holder and need disabled parking.

Please note: Central Bristol, including many roads near Ashton Gate, is now part of a Clean Air Zone (CAZ). Non-compliant vehicles will be charged between £9 and £100 per day to drive within this zone.
Please refer to the CAZ website for full details and to check your journey.

We strongly recommend using public transport where possible.

Mini Bus Service

We have reserved a dedicated car park for EXPO attendees at:

Ashton Gate Matchday Parking,
Clanage Road, Bristol BS3 2JX

You can park here for free and use the complimentary EXPO minibus service. Alternatively the venue is just a 7 minute walk from Clanage Road Car park.

We will have three minibuses running continuously between the car park and Ashton Gate from 9:30am to 5:00pm.
The minibus will have an EXPO logo displayed for easy identification.

Parking Information:
Spaces at Clanage Road cannot be reserved. If the car park becomes full, additional parking is available at Bristol Temple Meads train station (pay and display).
If we need to close the Clanage Road car park, the EXPO minibus service will also operate between Bristol Temple Meads and Ashton Gate.

Will I need to be registered to attend?

Yes - You will need to be registered to attend, please print or bring your e-ticket on your phone and show this at the EXPO registration desks on arrival along with photographic ID. If you are not registered and do not have photo ID then you will not be permitted entry.
You will not be able to register at the event, registration will close midnight the day before.

Will there be any security at the event?

All visitors will be required to pass through bag searches.

We therefore ask you to consider keeping bags and possessions to a minimum. Please also consider the size of your bag - we recommend just one small bag or handbag - to minimise the time it takes to search and gain access to the event. When planning your arrival to the venue, we suggest you allow some extra time for security checks.

What is the venues accessibility?

The event is being held on the ground floor so the event is easily accessible. Disabled toilets are also available on the ground floor.

Will there be any cloakroom or storage facilities?

A cloakroom will be available at the registration desks but will only hold coats and small bags. All items are left at your own risk.

Are there any prayer rooms available?

A prayer room will be available for you to use, please ask for the location at the registration desks.

Can I get access to the venue Wi-Fi?

Ashton Gate has free visitor W-Fi on AG Public - no password is required

Where do I go for lost property?

Please go to the registration desks at the event or after the event you can email expo@satosmedia.com

Are children allowed in the venue?

We will allow children over the age of 16 to attend the event with a parent or guardian (The parent or guardian must already be registered and have photo ID)
For security reasons, the event is not suitable for children under the age of 16 or for babies in prams.

Are dogs allowed in the venue?

We welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and other assistance dogs at the Centre. No other pets are permitted.
