Registration:
All visitors must register in advance and show the e-ticket and photo ID on arrival. Registration closes at 8:00pm the night before the event. There are no onsite registrations.

Your badge gives you access to four co-located events, all in one space. Visit all exhibitor areas during your visit.

Driving and Parking

There is no parking available at the QEII Centre. However, several car parks are within walking distance, including Q-Park Westminster and valet services via London Central Parking. Please note that spaces can be limited, especially during peak times.

The Centre is located within the London Congestion Charge Zone and the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). Ensure your vehicle complies with these regulations before you travel to avoid additional charges.

Disabled Parking

Blue badge holders are permitted to park on the QEII Centre forecourt free of charge. Parking in this location is subject to availability so please call ahead on +44 20 7798 4000 to enquire.

Disabled passengers arriving by taxis or alternative vehicles may disembark on the forecourt.

Cycle Parking

There are several docking stations in close proximity, including the nearest at Storey’s Gate opposite the side of the QEII and Abbey Orchard Street, a five minute-walk away. To find out more about where you can hire and dock the bikes, please visit here

Will I need to be registered to attend?

You will need to be registered to attend, please print or bring your e-ticket on your phone and show this at the EXPO registration desks on arrival along with photographic ID. If you are not registered and do not have photo ID then you will not be permitted entry.
You will not be able to register at the event, registration will close midnight the day before.

Will there be security at the event?

All visitors will be required to pass through bag searches.

We therefore ask you to consider keeping bags and possessions to a minimum. Please also consider the size of your bag - we recommend just one small bag or handbag - to minimise the time it takes to search and gain access to the event. When planning your arrival to the venue, we suggest you allow some extra time for security checks.

What is the venues accessibility?

There is a ramp from the forecourt which leads to the QEII Centre front doors and is wide enough for easy wheelchair access. In addition to this, a DDA compliant registration point is also available to wheelchair delegates. The QEII lifts can all accommodate a wheelchair.

Will there be any cloakroom or storage facilities?

A cloakroom will be available near the registration desks but will only hold coats and small bags. All items are left at your own risk.

Are there any prayer rooms available?

A prayer room will be available for you to use, please ask for the location at the registration desks.

Can I get access to the venue Wi-Fi?

The QEII Centre has free visitor Wi-Fi on QEII Guest - no password is needed but you will be required to accept the terms and Conditions.

Where do I go for lost property?

Please go to the registration desks at the event or after the event you can email expo@satosmedia.com

Are children allowed in the venue?

We will allow children over the age of 16 to attend the event with a parent or guardian (The parent or guardian must be registered and have photo ID)
For security reasons, the event is not suitable for children under the age of 16 or for babies in prams.

Are dogs allowed in the venue?

We welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and other assistance dogs at the Centre. No other pets are permitted.
